Meet Richard the Rooster. This was painted from a photo I
took of my sisters Rooster. Actually it's my brother in laws rooster. He just has to make sure there is a "man" taking care of the "ladies". 16" x 20" Acrylic on Canvas. Painted by me. Having fun with loose style acrylic painting. Keeping paint wet & layering colors, not getting to OCD with painting each feather etc.. I also wanted to make his tail feathers taller and him a little rounder.
